How to catch a water taxi
Get a price estimate
Use our fare calculator to get an estimated fare from your pick up point to your destination. You will need to call our office for transfers out of normal operating hours, a surcharge may apply to early or late requests.
Request a booking
You can request a booking online from the fare calculator or the Book Now button. You will be asked to confirm passenger numbers, enter your contact and payment details to secure the booking. This request is sent to our team to check schedules and complete the confirmation process. At times it gets busy and water taxis become fully booked. It is best to book in advance to avoid missing out.
Booking Confirmation
You will receive an email confirming all the details about your booking . There will be links to the terms and conditions, and instructions on what to do if you need to change or cancel the booking. If we are not available for the time you have requested we may call you to see if a different time will work
Arrive early for your pick up
Please arrive at your pick up location 15 mins prior to the pick up time to ensure on time departure. Waiting time and no show fees may apply. We may not be able to wait for latecomers due to confirmed bookings for other customers.

We can also add extra cruise time to a standard water taxi transfer. Our water taxis can pick up and drop off from many locations around the Harbour. Add extra cruise time and enjoy some sightseeing as you leisurely cruise to your destination.
